I know I will get attacked for the Landy deal but for it to go through Serg will unfortunatly be required. Plekanec is in here as a cap dump while they sign Hanzal to fill up his spot. Thoughts?

That Hanzal deal is too low, no way he signs for that. Landeskog trade is pretty close, but you'd probably have to add in at least another second to grab Colorado's attention.

I agree on Hanzal. The cap really stinks doesnt it

Not going to happen, Sergachev will take place at defence next year and you didn't fix the problem at center. IMO they won't resign King and either Markov(maybe if he lower the price). What they need is a center, maybe Duchene if the price is right, but definitely not for Sergachev. For the expansion, I think you might be right but that's it.
