I'll be the first person to say, I've traded Kerfoot 200 times. But watching him live and paying more attention when he's playing, he actually drives that Tavares line. Tavares is in the mud and Nylander gains entrees but strays away from anything from the middle of the ice. His PK work is soiid and his speed would be used better if there was someone on that line that could push the D back.

Unless there's some massive upgrade, I think his play at his cap hit is beneficial.

But how is the value for the trades?

You can wish all you want but this deal sets the Ducks back a whole lot
