Description
Watched the Marlies Penguins game last night and here were my thoughts on the players

POJ: Easily WBS's best player, was extremely calm in stressful situations, always made the right play, however the dude needs to put on some weight, he is so skinny and it shows whenever up against the boards or in physical play.

O'Connor: WBSs best forward. Sees the ice very well, good net front presence. Wasn't afraid to get to dirty areas. Got there only goal off a rebound, played really well.

Puustinen: Probably the one I was most excited to see. Underwhelmed me a bit tbh, maybe it wasn't his night, however he did have some good plays. Hes very sneaky and fast. Had some looks but didn't make the best of his opportunities. Will need more time in AHL

Poulin: Solid player, still was nothing special and was on WBSs 2nd line. Comparing him to Leafs best prospect (Robertson), wasnt even close. Robertson was way better. He definently was great awareness of the game and has alot of potential. Will need more time in AHL... maybe could be up a couple games next year but would be very suprised if was a full time player next season.

Riikola: Not a prospect but played very well. Penguins ruined this guy imo, should've traded him to somewhere who would've played him in the NHL

Nylander: He's good... not great. Was hoping he was going to be a stud, but he wasn't. Still maybe he can pull it together. Probably tough in Marlies building with his brothers name on the wall... I dont think even Crosby could save this guy

Bellerive: This dude has Crosby thighs. Theyre huge. I remember when Pens signed him, I was so excited from his CHL numbers. Played well though, could be a 4th line grinder imo.

Hallander and Legare didn't play. Dominque sucked.

Josh Ho sang looked really good also. How is this dude not in the NHL?
