Great question, for the Faulk pick, I wanted someone mobile who can frequently join the rush while playing with a guy who can suppress the counterattacks. As for Whitecloud over Seider, I wanted to get as much value as I could possibly extract from the cheapest possible deal, and I think Whitecloud brings more value to the limited 3RD spot.
