For that low ball offer, Brock Boeser can take his 1 year QO @ $7,500,000 and walk to UFA. He's not signing that cheaply anywhere. Perhaps $6,750,000 x 6 years that's the least amount i see him signing for.

See I would disagree, he has made it well known that he wants to stay in vancouver and hes apperently a reasonable guy who will look at the potential he has to make and sign a deal that makes sense for both sides. It wouldnt make sense for him to just take his QO because he wont make as much money in FA as he would if he signed a longer deal with the canucks, I could see a 6-6.5m deal for 4-6 years making sense for both sides

You sign Ryan Strome and then don't put him in his natural position, Detroit will offer Strome slightly more to be our 2C. Strome will be highly sought after and will get way more than this offer.

Perhaps $6,500,000 x 6 years doubt he takes much less than that. 4 years more money 6 years slightly less money. That's how it goes.

I think youre about right with that, he might go a little under that but I dont think it would be under 6 and if it were it would be max term

makes no sense to waste Hoglander, Garland and Podz on the 4th line while signing a C to play Wing.
