Rakell has shown interest in coming back with the pens, and I think he will sign with us for 3 years 4.7M! Zucker Trade: I don’t have to explain, the contract and injuries explain. Malkin Returning: 7.1M for 3 years. ZAR BACK! Zack is a great bottom six player and is good on the PK with blueger, we should for sure bring him back. Frank Vatrano. Frank would be a great addition to our top 6. Deslauriers. He is what we are missing. Andrew Copp. Copp is also a great addition for our top 6 to help malkin. Fleury: we need a backup goaltender. Athanasiou: pretty sure he is a top6 player but he can play on our 3rd line.

Vatrano is always a Penguin killer so not mad at that thought. Pass on Ian Cole. I'm convinced Malkin's better days are behind him...he just isn't the same guy anymore. I like the Athanasiou add...so much potential there...guy just needs to unlock it. Love bringing back Flower but thats way too much for a 36/37 yr old goalie.
