I know the weird thing here is the Ennis/ Nash trade. This trade gives bad contract thats a lot lower for longer in exchange for bad contract thats a ton for one year. This way NYR at least gets something for Nash and Ennis has 15 G potential. Please NYR fans let me know what you think.

ANA is going to shy away from acquiring defense when trading away one of theirs (even if the return is protected). They have plenty on the back end so they want forwards.
