caps probably pass. They dont save much money, have enough AHL tweener LD projects like Valimaki, and the downgrade from Mantha to Dube for a team that is competing isn't worth a 2nd and 3rd really

My bad. I thought Caps were about $6 mil over. So to stay under cap they would take younger prospects and picks to drop some salary. Yea it’s a loss of talent in comparable but still get an NHl’er and some prospects.
