Topi is not that good. Homer rankings tbh (TSN is like the king of over hyping certain players) He's a B level prospect. And a 24th-30th pick is not "that great" it's likely a middle line player.

The market is always good for forwards. It's just teams don't want to sell low, when they know if they wait they can get the high price.

Topi and a 24th-30th aren't even half of millers value.

Niemela could very easily become a strong second pairing NHL defenceman and a middle 6/second pairing D is nice as well. If they can resign Kerfoot they're getting

    1. A good 3rd line centre

    2. A potential top 4 D

    3. A first round pick

That's solid return. And what team realistically beats that?

The rumored Rangers offer. A middle 6 forward, not potentially (definitely) a top 4 RHD, and a equally as late first rounder.

The islanders rumored offer. The Devils rumored offer. Literally every other teams rumored offers beats Topi, 23 first, Kerfoot and Holl by like miles and miles.

Literally every mock trade that's been in existence of all time ever around Miller to start. It's the same thing the Leafs offer is. Hearsay.

Mock trades are not the same as actual rumours
