Description

Additional 1M to split among signees. Milano adding cheap offense to the third line as a pass first player. A lot of depth at forward. Kadri signs for more term but I’m hoping for three years at maybe a higher number. More can be added to Bailey but he MUST not be on this team next year. Maybe leverage Bailey and ross to the ducks for the grit they lack. Brock can take face offs and they have great center depth. Barzal continues to carry the puck up the ice, especially with great Nelson lee chemistry

Dumping Bailey costs a 1st imo. You cannot deny that moving Bailey is a cap dump for Isles, ARI knows this. They will charge a hefty price to help them out. It does not matter how good you think Bailey is, or if he fits a usual cap dump description, because ARI is not trying to get better. Bailey at $5m x 2 years costs at least a first, if not more. ARI, and teams with cap room, have all the leverage because so many teams are against the cap.
