lineup actually looks like it could be pretty nasty if all goes right

not giving him the C and then throwing him on the third line is a good way to piss off your 50 goal guy

yes IF, but it should at least be given a chance in my opinion. Worst case that first will be a top 15 pick, and they will take a center prospect.

Kreider and Mika have great chemistry and Chris just scored 52 goals, so the reward is breaking the pair up and putting Kreider on the 3rd line with Chytil and having Blais on the 2nd line RW? Yeah, sorry, not your best idea. Laffy will move to RW way before any of this happens.

Yes, well maybe. But Both Mika and Kreider can score a lot of goals. I don't think Kreider will repeat his 50 goal season. 30-35 next season maybe. I agree with Laffy probably being Rw, but I feel my lines gives you three lines with players producing 30 + goals. Besides Laffy and Kakko played well with Chytil, Mika is like Chytil on steroids' so would be interesting if they can form similar chemistry but with a much better player.
While also hoping playing with Kreider will elevate Chytil and Kravtsov. Kravtsov with his hockey IQ can be the play driver for that line.

Besides one of either Panarin or Kreider will need to move on to another team. We just have too many Lw prospects and they will need playing time in a year or two.

Its Laffy's 3rd year and he needs top 6 minutes now. There is no reason to think Kreider can't score 40 -50 again the way he plays, so breaking him and Mika up only hurts those chances bigtime. And Kravstov is about as big a wildcard as there is because he has never played a real NHL game, so to think he has something positive to bring to the team is a pure guess. Talent isn't enough on its own, a player needs the right attitude to succeed and so far Kravstov has failed in that area.

agree to most claims, but Laffy and Kakko have played with Mika before at the end of 2021 and had a good showing. But we will see how it all shakes up. Seems like turk likes to keep his lines.
So probably Laffy will be Rw on top line. I just don't like two potential 40 + goal scores playing on the same line.

I like the idea of having 3 scoring lines, but the chemistry with Mika and Kreider isn't something to mess with IMO. A line of Panrin/Trocheck/Kakko should put up good numbers, and if Kravstov is as advertised, maybe he can move up as RW and let Kakko stay with Chytil and make the 3rd line a possession line.
