No idea what the issue was but I fixed it and this roster is about 10 wins better. I also added an option to use WAR/60 instead.

McDavid never appears in my code's results; his contract just isn't good enough according to Bacon's WAR model. There will never be cap space for both McDavid and Matthews, and the program will always choose Matthews because it sees a higher WAR and a lower cap hit.
