Once Mantha's name gets put in there it's a no. Maybe this year's first instead and it's a deal

Dude Trouba has more value than Mantha or Larkin, one is gonna come back if Trouba goes because you have to give good players to get them.
Also don't put Little and Laine together, it's pretty clear that they don't have the chemistry that Scheif-Laine and Little-Wheels do.

I'd def consider it as a Detroit fan. Losing mantha isn't great. Especially if you're losing Tatar too (probably our two best goal scorers) but I could see Trouba being worth it.
I do have to say with these two trades that Winnipeg looks like a dominant team.

I do like how the lines roll out. All four forward lines and all three defensive pairings can get decent ice time which should keep them healthier. If Howard puts up anywhere near last year's numbers splitting starts with Hellebuyck then the Jets would be playing meaningful hockey in May.
