The Devils are heavily pursuing Timo Meier, And will easily beat that offer.

And there's no way Arizona retains 50% on Jakob Chychrun for that little of an offer.

Plenty of rumor sites have the Devils pursuing Meier, Not saying they get him. But definitely have the pieces to land him.

That's just one person though so who actually knows.
