Description

Let's say no other mid season extensions happen and Gary is nice to the players and bumps the Cap by 1.5 million instead of the planned 1 million.

Does not answer potential question of Oshie LTIR stay due to apparent bodily dehabilitating injuries according to recent comments

Mantha-Garland Trade argument: both players need change of scenery. Mantha with one year left, even at higher cap hit is a moveable asset for a Canucks team, and Caps need a righty shot with previous goal scoring history at smaller cap hit but longer term contract.
