Think of it this way. If you are willing to give a 1st for a rental. Why not 2 for someone signed for 4 years? You dont think in the next 3 years they wont have to give a 1st again for someone? Maybe another rental or multiple rentals within that time. Why not fix that 2C spot and not worry about it again.
