2. Whats up with Brown trade? What is the gain?

1. Probably. With the 1st rd pick however the deal is guaranteed to happen, besides Habs doesn't essentially need their first pick since the draft is a little weaker
2. Just to get some experience of winning in the roster, plus he might need a new start since he has underperformed after losing the captaincy in LA

1. I'd prefer the Avs send a pick to have Vegas take Nieto. Barberio is a perfect fit for Bednar's system. But it's totally realistic that he's drafted.
2. I think MTL would be wrong to give up AG. I like the trade from the Avs' perspective.
3. Brown is a terrible skater and not a fit for Bednar. However, if the Avs agree to take him, I'd expect a little more from the Kings, possibly a 2nd and do not give up AJ Greer. Maybe a prospect instead of draft pick.

One thing is certain, the next week is gonna be busy for the Avs
