The 1st round pick, grabovski, and another player was reported as incentive to not take strome, bailey, nelson, or de haan. Mcphee and Garth are very good friends so im assuming that helped garth in working out the deal

haha yeah i definitely think that's helping but also with this draft i think it's actually being talked down a little too much just because there are no mcdavids, eichels, matthews, or players of that sort but the top like 20ish prospects all are definitely worthy 1st round prospects. and with kulemin he is still a solid veteran player-yes he is overpaid a good amount but he is still very capable of being a productive 3rd liner for a team and is one of the better defensive wingers in the league and a very good penalty killer..with him yeah he is bad if you want to look at him based on his contract but for vegas who will have no cap problems it wouldn't be a terrible pick based on who they would be choosing from

I'm a big believer of the bounce back year/fountain of youth (it's been happening a lot recently all over sports) Kulemin definitely has that potential, regarding the draft i feel a lot of the prospects have a high risk high reward situation. if there is a miracle and some how Grabovski resurrects it would be amazing for vegas
