The trade as is from WPG is a VERY HARD NO!

Helly for all of those is a maybe. Nylander is good. Samsonov is a 1B or 2A at best, which kinda helps the Jets so they will fall further in the standings. the 28th pick is okay and may garner a future NHL'er. Brodie is still useful and a good mentor for the young Jets D coming up.

whether this trade is fair or not, i think Adin Hill is all the proof you need that a top tier goalie isnt a necessity,

True but Vegas helps out their goaltender way more than we do but maybe if a different coach is used that might change

aside from the trade the left side of the forward group is so shaky.
