You've kind of destroyed the defense at this point, plus I highly doubt that Orpik plus Grubi is enough for the Coyotes to take on. Schmidt can't be traded back to the Caps until next season, but the Caps could offer sheet him. Although that would be a "no-no" among GM's around the league.
