    It costs litterally nothing to do? If we get the offer sheet we get a amazing young defenseman with term. If edmonton matches it would mess with their offseason. Either way toronto wins

    Again how specifically does screwing Edmonton's cap really a win for Toronto. If it was Montreal Ottawa, Boston Tampa Bay, Florida etc I'd get it but it's a western conference team even. Minimal benefit at best.
