Description

LA gets a younger centre with high potential. He would be there second line centre instead of being our third. Gives nuge a fresh start and carter can play McDavid's wing. Throw in a second just because carter has put more points up. LA gets younger and a good second round pick !

Could be something to that LA deal if Blake is looking to quickly get younger.

EDM might have to add a Tier 2 prospect to get it done. I would assume that LA is actively shopping their goal scoring machine that is Jeff Carter.

Yeah, certainly see the LA deal as likely fair value, and think both teams could gain from it! Not sure anyone wants to pick up Pouliot at any cost!

How about signing pitlick for a 3 year 1 million contact. Everyone on here seems to forget about him. Pitlick was on course to a 20 goal season this year before he got injured and that was without playing with mcdavid. I think pitlick would be a good with mcd plus it balances the lines out more.
