If we are pretending the rebuild is over I’m cool with the first two trades but not a big fan of Fowler.

Well it isn't.

First trade isn't even close for Elias Lindholm

Calgary isn't dealing Hanifin for Sanheim, Hanifin > Sanheim.

And Cam Fowler has a 4 team trade list, Obviously there absolutely no chance he waive for Philly.

Fowler isn’t getting moved — pretty much simple as that

The need to keep him + his 4 team trade list makes him glued down to Anaheim

Calgary takes the Lindholmn trade. Change the 3rd to a protected 1st, Sanheim, and return Hanaifin with a sign and trade and a 3rd or 4th.
