Semi-Difficult to redraft this draft. Outside of the top players there is a big drop off in time played in the NHL.

1. Rasmus Dahlin (Buffalo Sabres) (Details: Just became the 3rd highest paid defenseman in the league. He is really coming into his own as a top defender.).
2. Brady Tkachuk (Carolina Hurricanes) (Details: Brady has proven his worth both on and off the ice. Great power forward who can lead a team. He is a special player.).
3. Quinn Hughes (Montreal Canadiens) (Details: Another very talented defenseman, Hughes is a top pairing guy with immense skill.).
4. Andrei Svechnikov (Ottawa Senators) (Details: Svech is an Elite offensive threat. He has an issue staying healthy as he plays on the physical side as well.).
5. Evan Bouchard (Arizona Coyotes) (Details: Bouchard would instantly improve the Coyote's blueline depth, he is starting to play like he was projected. He is a very high end two way defenseman.).
6. K'Andre Miller (Detroit Red Wings) (Details: Defensemen are coming off the board in waves here. Miller has proven he is a top 4 defenseman on a cup contending team and would solidify any blueline he plays on.).
7. Barrett Hayton (Vancouver Canucks) (Details: Hayton is starting to show why he was a pick that the Coyotes reached on. This past season was his best and he is looking like he has an opportunity to become a top 6 center.).
8. Noah Dobson (Chicago Blackhawks) (Details: Dobson is another very good top 4 defenseman, this seems to be a trend in this draft and will most definitely continue.).
9. Joel Farabee (New York Rangers) (Details: The rangers add a skilled offensive winger to their team right before they get two more promising younger players (that they screwed up developing).).
10. Jesperi Kotkaniemi (Edmonton Oilers) (Details: The Oilers take Kotkaniemi here, he has shown that he can be a legit middle 6 center and he would compliment the center depth of the oilers perfectly.).
11. Adam Boqvist (New York Islanders) (Details: He has shown that he has a the ability to be good nhl defenseman but he has an issue keeping healthy for a full season.).
12. Oliver Wahlstrom (New York Islanders from Calgary Flames) (Details: The Islanders still take Wahlstrom, he has insane offensive talent and just need more time to tap into his potential. Wahlstrom could end up being a solid top 9 forward on the Islanders.).
13. Ryan McLeod (Dallas Stars) (Details: McLeod ends up in the top 15 in this draft, he is a good bottom 6 center who would be able to fill the needs of the Stars.).
14. Kirill Marchenko (Philadelphia Flyers from St. Louis Blues) (Details: Yes Marchenko has only played one season in the league. I really like what I saw out of him in his first season, if he continues that play he will be a great player.).
15. Rasmus Sandin (Florida Panthers) (Details: This is starting to get difficult with the players remaining. Sandin was seen as a highly skilled defensive prospect and didnt really get a full chance with the leafs, he came to Washington and seemed to find another level, looks like a great defenseman.).
16. Mattias Samuelsson (Colorado Avalanche) (Details: After linking himself to a good deal in Buffalo, Samuelsson has seemingly become a solid nhl defenseman.).
17. Alexander Romanov (New Jersey Devils) (Details: Romonov is a tough one to judge, he has played really well and was dealt for a high pick when traded to the Islanders, I believe he is very good but maybe not as good as a top 15 pick.).
18. Martin Fehérváry (Columbus Blue Jackets) (Details: The defensemen picks continue, Fehervary is an underrated defenseman who plays a solid two way game and can fit into any role in a teams d-core.).
19. Filip Zadina (Philadelphia Flyers) (Details: Couple gambles coming up, Zadina was a top prospect in this draft but he has not lived up to his true potential, maybe the flyers take a swing on hitting on that potential.).
20. Sean Durzi (Los Angeles Kings) (Details: Randomly Durzi ends up on the team he most recently played for, he is a solid defenseman that has a lot to prove in Arizona this season.).
21. Nils Lundkvist (San Jose Sharks) (Details: Lundkvist seems to be a good young defenseman but he was moved from the Rangers because they could not find a spot for him in the lineup He has a chance to grow into a solid top 4 defender on a good team but he still has some improving to do.).
22. Jakub Lauko (New York Rangers from Pittsburgh Penguins) (Details: Lauko looked solid in his first season. Could potentially be a good middle sixer.).
23. Vitali Kravtsov (Anaheim Ducks) (Details: The Ducks swing on potential much like the Flyers with Zadina. Kravtsov gets a chance to have better development in the Ducks organization.).
24. Ty Smith (Minnesota Wild) (Details: Ty Smith looked good in his first season but has seemingly been regressing, if he can find his way back to the way he played his rookie year he would be a very solid pick here.).
25. Jacob Bernard-Docker (St. Louis Blues from Toronto Maple Leafs) (Details: A prospect who has a lot to prove and is seen as a great developing defenseman but has taken a good bit of time to crack into the nhl).
26. Calen Addison (Ottawa Senators from Boston Bruins) (Details: Addison has shown he is a solid nhler but he lacks the d-zone presence that he would need to go higher in this draft.).
27. Jan Jeník (Chicago Blackhawks from Nashville Predators) (Details: We started to see what Jenik can bring to the nhl with the Coyotes this past season, he has some skill and is a good offensive player.).
28. Jack McBain (New York Rangers from Tampa Bay Lightning) (Details: McBain also looked good this past season, not putting up huge point totals by any means but played his role well.).
29. Jordan Harris (Toronto Maple Leafs from Winnipeg Jets) (Details: Leafs needed a defenseman in this draft and Harris is being molded into a good nhl level defenseman.).
30. Yegor Sharangovich (Detroit Red Wings from Vegas Golden Knights) (Details: This might be a little low for Yegor, he has played a lot compared to most of the players from this draft, and he has far outlived his draft stock. A very good middle 6 forward.).
31. Ty Dellandrea (Washington Capitals) (Details: This is a shot in the dark Dellandrea hasn't really lived up to his draft stock but he is developing positively, i don't know who belongs here.).
