I forgot about Tavares but I can't put ekblad ahead of Makar, doughty, Hamilton are the top 3 rhd so he makes the reserve squad

This hurts to look at. Too many old guys and you’re leaving some of the best players available on reserves. Darnell Nurse AND Morgan Reilly!? No Devon Toews is absurd. Nurse probably doesn’t even make Canada’s C-Team. Skinner? Giroux? Hagel! Where’a Shea Theodore? He’s a near lock for Team Canada.

This is what the team SHOULD look like:

Stamkos-McDavid-Marner
Bedard-Crosby-MacKinnon
Marchand-Point-Barzal
Schiefele-Thomas-Cozens

Toews-Makar
Morrisey-Pietrangelo
Pelech-Theodore
Hamilton-Doughty

Could easily see Byram or Power knocking off Doughty if they break through this season. Pelech is one of the best shutdown guys in the league and I’d rather trust him with the puck over guys like Reilly, Nurse or Chabot.
