I see what you're saying. But getting caved in each game can't be good for a young player's confidence.

I remember years ago when the Oilers had all those young players. Hall, Eberle, Nuge, Yak, Pool Party, etc. They suffered a ton of losing and it wasn't good. They didn't have the right vets surrounding them.

I see this with SJ right now. A team in transition. They have a plan but will it work?

I'm reminded of something Doug Wilson once said. He wanted players who wanted to win in San Jose. Not just live here. Obviously he was talking about JT and PM.

But it's something I've been thinking about with each Sharks loss.

I also see the vision but im not sure bords is a center if he wants to make the NHL. Its tough because the cuda are also buns right now so if they are gonna lose might as well get NHL experience, I dont think we can waive vlassic if he has an NMC?
