I don't disagree, but Niemela can at least stand in the way, which Klingberg cannot and once Klingberg is gone he is no longer an option - which is what is needed. You can't force play Reaves and Klingberg. they are not good at Hockey at this time. 3rd yah maybe but then you will have a functioning line with players that fills a purpose. Kokonen was pretty solid in training camp i though, but Timmonds will be back soon and you need the capspace for him and Liljegren.

Those guys will be worse then Klingberg and they can’t play the 25 minutes he can…Keefe is a coward and would only play Lajoie 5 minutes…I would agree if you are saying ok Leafs don’t make the playoffs and want a high pick?
