Description

Honesty I know these are huge overpays but I think it’s time for us to be concerned we have a majority of our contracts expiring next year. By resigning zadorov you have a solid DEFENSIVE DMAN for the next 3-4 years. Fleury is experienced and the wild isn’t the place for him overpaying with Sammy gives them a place to focus on gustavsson. Putting reaves in the minors gives the leafs some wiggle room and a chance for them to bring him up when they need grit and strength for specific games.

I’d prefer a younger guy like zadorov who would be a great addition if we resign him for around 3-4. We have too many 1yrs and by getting zadorov for term would be great.
