trading away mcleod then getting back the more expensive cates makes no sense. both are very similar in that they are young LHC that are sound defensively and struggle to provide offense but mcleod has a better PPG. Mcleod is only 24 with still a ton of upside and his skating is phenomenal which is a great asset on the PK I don't see why the oilers would trade him it would just be another andrew cogliano deal where we sell low and he blossoms somewhere else
