Description

I've seen it mentioned and I agree that Trocheck should get a look at 1RW. That line needs someone to stir things up a bit and Wheeler is not that person. Everyone needs to accept that Kakko is unlikely to be a high scorer but is a responsible player (Jesper Fast?) who can slot in anywhere he is needed. Goodrow and Cuylle both play with an edge that should benefit Kakko.

Trocheck is arguably the rangers best and most consistent center this year, not to mention leads the league in faceoffs. Taking him off center would be a fireable offense

I understand your point and I said "get a look". Having Trocheck would have two strong faceoff men on that line, and that can't be a bad thing. They both do the same on the power play if you think about it. There are other aspects of Trocheck's game that I believe would improve the line.
