I like Ovi but montreal need center or lhd and don't give 3 millions to Dwight king..you will be disappointed.

You're over the cap. You need at least 2, if not 3 more bodies to make a roster. Ovi (even in his age) is worth a lot more, and MTL isn't a place interested (especially with Carey Price's cost in the out years). Dwight King is a huge waste of money at that price. Brooks Orpik is not a top pairing defenseman. Lars Eller is not a grind-line 4th liner and would hate that spot and probably ask for a trade.

Basically, this is way off the mark...but constructively, you're thinking about some big changes and that's exactly what the Caps "should" be doing...whether they make them or nor. So kudos for having the balls to map it out.
