Herzog was a 5th round pick in 2013, he played in the QMJHL, having an impressive season and having a couple AHL games before returning to Switzerland, where he has played great to date. The leafs still have his rights but I haven’t heard anything in a long time.

Why hasn’t he returned? Was it personal reasons, or could he just not make the cut for the club?
