11. Jeff Carter (Philadelphia Flyers from Phoenix Coyotes) (Details: 2 time cup champ, 400 goals in his career and 1200 games played. Almost a ten but wasn't so consistent late into his career: 9/10).
12. Hugh Jessiman (New York Rangers) (Details: The guy played 2 games: 0/10).
13. Dustin Brown (Los Angeles Kings) (Details: Not the most consistent player when it came to numbers but he did captain the kings to 2 cups so that makes up for it. Also played 1300 games: 9/10).
14. Brent Seabrook (Chicago Blackhawks) (Details: Key part of the Blackhawks dynasty and an elite defensive d-man made a great pairing with Duncan Keith for many years. Also a Lightning Legend: 9/10).
15. Robert Nilsson (New York Islanders) (Details: Spent 5 years in the NHL where he was a bottom 6 center. Left for the KHL at 25: 4/10).
16. Steve Bernier (San Jose Sharks from Boston Bruins) (Details: Another bottom 6 player throughout most of his career, unlike Nilsson he never had a 40 point year: 5/10 (He gets plus one for consistency)).

20. Brent Burns (Minnesota Wild) (Details: One of the best d-man of the past 15 years. 1300 games played and 800 points and a Norris trophy with a 29 goal season: 10/10).
21. Mark Stuart (Boston Bruins from Toronto Maple Leafs) (Details: 80 points across a 600 game career. Was nothing more than a 3rd pairing d-man: 5/10).
22. Marc-Antoine Pouliot (Edmonton Oilers from St. Louis Blues) (Details: 192 games played and only 57 points: 2/10).
23. Ryan Kesler (Vancouver Canucks) (Details: One of the best defensive forwards of the early 2010's and does have a Selke to his name: 8/10).
