Flyers pass on all of those deals. Laughton is worth more than Krebs. Every outlet that has discussed this potential deal says its Laughton for Krebs and picks. That Campbell deal would be the cost for Philly to take Campbell, what are we getting for Walker retained? And finally Seeler is likely getting resigned, on 32 thoughts Friedman said it would take a crazy return for Philly to think about moving him.

What are the Flyers' positional and depth needs?

They honestly don't have a ton of needs. They could use a top 6 young center. The Flyers need more high end talent, which is a challenge to get without high draft picks. There is a ton of depth throughout the organization for the bottom 6 and bottom pair players. So for Philly adding picks is important so they can roll the dice and try to add more high end talent.

Walker is worth a 2nd at most.

Campbell does not need to be dumped. Literally anything the oilers want to do at the TDL can happen with out dumping him. Then you buy him out in the offseason and save any assets required to move him.

What are you talking about? I'm saying that the Flyers should get more back in the 1st two deals, wouldn't that help the rebuild? I would trade Seeler I was just pointing out that people way more plugged in than you or I are saying it's unlikely he gets moved.

It doesn't mean they will get more. My main point is that they still should sell (at least rentals) whether they get the max value back or not.

I don't disagree, but Laughton isn't a rental and swapping him for a reclamation project only isn't good business. And for the Walker deal, Campbell's contract is bad and to take it back it needs to make sense. 2 1sts would be the price to just take Campbell. There should at least be a 2nd and a prospect coming back for Walker.
