Crouse does fit what the leafs need. But his price range doesn’t. And the leafs shouldn’t give away all of there futures for anyone let alone another forward. Marner has a NTC, and nor do the leafs get close in value than what they are giving up.

Marner declines and leafs aren’t trading a first or minten for a forward we aren’t trading minten period our prospect pool is bottom 10 in the league we aren’t making it bottom 5 at the deadline

Big no-no on the Marner trade - NSH wins easily. Also, that's a ton of assets for Crouse. I get that he's good - but is he Liljegren-Minten-Robertson good? Nah.

I get that and that’s fine, I just don’t think Crouse is worth those 3 assets, maybe one of them plus a pick or two of them at most.
