Let me know how brutal this is. I personally think you run something like this and if prospect isn't a good fit trade him (+ picks) at deadline for a producing player and try for the cup. Also possibly split starts and buyout Campbell and trade farm for a goalie if needed.

Not a fan. Rodrigue, Holloway, Broberg, and Lavoie should be up. Hamblin, and Bourgault should not imo. We should also upgrade the team, and there is a bonus for next season, which is not accounted for here.

Im thinking get a top 6 right winger, top 4 RHD, resign Pickard, and let him battle Rodrigue, and do our resigns on Carrick, Henrique, Desharnais, etc, and of course the RFAs. Ceci, and Kulak should without a doubt be getting traded imo, with Campbell getting bought out.
