I don't think Marner would really be a good fit in Pittsburgh. Assuming he comes with an extention, that gives us a star in his prime a couple years before we enter a rebuild. I'm sure that's not where he wants to be instead of a cup contender. Meanwhile, he's good enough to keep the Pens from the best picks but not able to will them to the playoffs. Not to mention Marner is costing us more than Vegas spent on Eichel. PIT loses, Marner loses.
