Justin Hryckowian Scouting Report

Hryckowian has signed a 2-year entry level contract with the Dallas Stars.
He's one of the top face-off centers in the NCAA
Captain at Northeastern. Led by example. Stocky strong. Around the play every shift. Leverages very well around the crease and along the boards. Not a pure burner in open ice. Fine in straight lines but room to improve edges / agility. His willingness to battle leads to goals for via tips and rebounds. Fronts the shooter in the defensive zone on the PK. Positions his stick very well to take away lanes.
Plus hockey sense. A 'do it all' kind of prospect who can be thrust into a variety of roles and trusted to compete at his highest level.
