Defeated team Germany 5-0 in the preliminary round of the WJC in Gothenburg. Not tested a great deal overall (only 15 shots) - but did make some key saves in the first half of the game to allow his team to time to pull away.
Butterfly style. Not huge in the net - also not small. Wide frame. Takes up ample amount of net. Generally squares up responsibly. There are times he gets moving side to side outside his crease / loses his posts but he has the ability to regroup quickly and get back into position.
Good gloves. Catches pucks clean. Average playing the puck. Has upside overall. Needs time to prove himself at the pro level.
