He’s entrenched here at this point
And like i said before, being close to his family is a BIG DEAL to him- main reason he agreed to come here & then sign long term to begin with

new team
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Garak</b></div><div>I know another CHI fan posted that idea first, but I disagree with it. BUF's 1st should be worth every bit of dumping Skinners $9m x 3 year contract. If it isn't, then both sides should walk away. A few spots in the draft isn't worth taking all of that on, IMHO. Maybe one of our late 2nd round picks, at best.
Also, Joki isn't worth more than Iaffallo, and if he were, it isn't THAT much more. That is probably an overpayment for Wild Bill. The price on Kovacevic is probably fine, might be a bit light, depending on how you view/value him.</div></div>
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Hawksguy81</b></div><div>#11 and #37 for #20 to take Skinner? I like that value. Skinner is overpaid, but he's still putting up 20+ goals. I actually like him better than Hall as Bedsy's LW. And I get the whole 3rd year thing w/ his contract, but Hawks can just buy that last year out if they need cap space or his production craters.</div></div>
Whether it’s a “fair deal” or not….
1- Sabres aren’t looking to move Skinner, mgmt likes him
2- he’s unlikely to waive to go anywhere- maybe Toronto, but they aren’t taking him- he wants to be near his Family

Hope Bo works out for you all. The talent and potential certainly isn't lacking.</div></div>
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>BUF10</b></div><div>Mittelstadt is a lot better. They don’t want a long term commitment to another center until one of Kulich/Savoie or östlund become full time NHL players.</div></div>

A style Buffalo needs to add.
Plus Bo is a nice add.</div></div>
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Boos</b></div><div>Done deal.
A bona fide 3C for a 2nd and a 3rd works for me</div></div>
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Boos</b></div><div>Mitts is better but in the grand scheme of things, Kyv wasn't going to pay him $6.5 M give or take to be a mid-six/top-6 forward that can play top-line in a pinch.
Am of the opinion that unless something weird or devastating happens, KAGM and Lindy will be riding Tage and Cozens as their Nos. 1&2 C's leaving a clear need at 3C.
There's a ton of fear emanating from Sabreland that's based upon an impending cap-ceiling problem. Which is legit.
Colton is a 3C that's $2.5M less than Mitts and servers that role well for not only the price, but also for what they need.</div></div>
I think the Sabres could easily be interested in Colton
Idk what we’d pay, but he could be a really nice for at 3C for us
One of the better ideas I’ve seen frankly
And idk what you’re expecting <a href="/users/buf10" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">@buf10</a>,
but we aren’t gonna have a better 3C than Mitts next year bud
