<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>mokumboi</b></div><div>Not at all. The Blues will almost certainly require either a legit top 4 young Dman/D prospect or a very high 24 1st as the main piece. The Isles have nothing resembling either (assuming you won't trade Dobson... obviously). Seems like the longshot of longshots, I'm afraid.</div></div>
yeah I mean at that point it would just be Romanov and that wouldnt make sense for us considering our D pipeline kinda blows. Only real thing we got going for us is the potential lottery pick this year lmao

As for your offer, it is not exactly enticing. And I say that as someone who probably likes Bolduc more than most.</div></div>

Basically two C prospects, A first, and 3rd with a near impossible condition.</div></div>
Lee can take the draws we just cant have him playing the middle bc hes too slow
Would swapping Wahlstrom for Iskhakov make it more enticing? what package are u expecting??

in a deeper draft. youd rather a mid 2nd in a weak draft or a 2nd in a stronger draft?

he had 40 points last year, i highly doubt he's just suddenly bad. his linemates have been awful this year (Holmstrom/Wahlstrom/Fasching/Gauthier) . Really dont think hes regressed as much as I thought, looked fine on 2C the other day playing with an ounce of talent

What would this cost realistically
<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Who_is_Jimmy_Stu</b></div><div>just so you know, Norris got injured again last night. Also, I doubt there is any bad blood between OTT and Pinto. Go watch his media availibility's when he came back and you can see he was taking the accountability for the situation and seemed very mature and just grateful to get a 2nd chance. I'm pretty sure the Sens knew Pinto was being investigated over the summer and that's why he wasn't signed. Even if there was 'bad blood,' it's a new management group now and Staios and company value Pinto as a key piece moving forwards.
I am interested in a Pageau reunion but there would need to be retention. What would the cost be for Pageau with 1.5M retention???
Cheers</div></div>
Ah ok atleast Pinto and management got that ironed out, kid looks like he is gonna be good for a long time
We are kinda in cap hell so we really cant afford to retain unless we used a 3rd team like CHI or PHI for the retention

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>mmccRed198913</b></div><div>Probably quite a bit. Islanders prospect pool is pretty horrid so that might be tough</div></div>
They seemingly really like Pageau if they even considered moving Debrincat for him+ granted that was before Pageau's lackluster year this year
From what I understand the Sens are trying to be a playoff team next year so Idk if they are super interested in long-term futures vs help in the next 1-2 years

Ik that doesnt seem like a lot but I just cannot see it happening, and thats for any team</div></div>
Half of my threads are just throwing values out there to see reactions since this website seemingly loses their minds unless every trade is a massive overpay

assuming everyone is back before playoffs they dont have money to really add anything without retention. plus is practically confirmed Parise is coming back so they just takes Gauthier out of the lineup
