This wouldnt be nice, barrie is way better than this return..
Zaitsev is horrible, kapanen is okay but your going to have to pay him 4+million

If muzzin can get a 1st and 2 prospects why can barrie only fetch a terrible dman with a terrible cap hit and a decent scorer who's going to be to expensive next year??

Toronto and colorado arent good trade partners at all

On top of that you adding a RHD, colorado is only interested in trading barrie because they have two RHD studs ready to play in the nhl next year

No, barrie is worth much more than the leafs spare parts.. kapanen HAS to be traded, leafs cant afford him, and they need to lose zaitsev but his salary is to high for what he brings to a team... they'll either have to ship him to a team that needs to hit the cap floor most like Ottawa or pay a team to take on his deal like zaitsev and Andrea's Johnson for a 2nd rounder

timmins is a RHD,
Johnson is a RHD...
