instead of skinner, would rather spend a couple mil more for panarin

Getting rid of kessel instead of bjugstad or Johnson is dumb. Signing a one hit wonder like skinner when that kind of money can get us panarin is also almost as dumb.

COL maybe does that if they think they are ready for the next step.

OTT does it if you change the 6th and 7th to a 1st or two 2nds.

Don't think DAL needs anymore LHD. Their top 4 is set with Heisken and Lindell

The issue is Panarin will cost $2M more and this roster is already only at 20 players. Need to sign 1-3 more players.
