You are overvaluing Colin Miller. The whole reason Vegas is trying to move him out is because he fell out of favour with coach and didn't lay much this year. Vegas also needs to shed cap space so they also lose some leverage there as well. You lose leverage when it comes to value coming back the other way. The leafs won't give you Bracco for Miller that's so one sided. No disrespect just saying what is fairly well known around the league. Hope this was constructive and insightful.

You paid for for Muzzin and Miller is much better than Muzzin and also on the right side. And also on a better contract.
He is the 3rd best defenseman on the 5th best defensive team in the league. A very very underated defensive core
Miller was benched for 3 games last year because of defensive lapses, if either Burns or Karlsson played under Gallant they would have been benched more.

The Leafs don't have to make the deal, my point in creating this team is that Vegas does not need to trade away Eakin to make it work

Don’t like moving Haula, not sure he’d get that return after the undetermined injury

The problem with Haula is that he scored 29 mostly on the 2nd line. He will have a reduced role and is not defensively minded (he has the worst plus minus on the team during their 1st yr) and last year before the injury his play was terrible, but so was the rest of the team.

He is a young 29 goal scorer and one of the fastest players in the league he has value to lots of teams. I just think with our depth he has less value to us.
