Like what you did in terms of contracts, but why Talbot as the backup and for the $? I only watched a few flyers games but from just stats alone Elliot had better #'s and is a lower cap hit.

I'd sign Provy for 6.5, Sanheim for 3.75, and Talbot for 2.5, and I'm against bringing Filppula back. Need a proven 2C to help let Patrick develop, but overall not a horrible lineup. Chaisson is an interesting add...

God please no to Filpulla. I know he had a great year with the Isle but he was terrible on the Flyers. This team needs more speed not get slower
