Description

Philly fans, This move helps the team win now. Getting a lethal top 6 F in Ehlers and a top pairing RHD in Trouba. You guys also have some key prospects that should be ready soon in Frost and Farabee. Lowry should fill in the #3 center role until Frost is good to go.

Winnipeg fans, the Trouba trade is inevitable. You guys also lose a great player in Ehlers. On the flip side you get a terrific young player in Patrick who was born and raised in WIN. You guys also get a fantastic offensive defenseman who is on a pretty good contract. You guys also add the 11th overall pick. Seems like some pretty good prospects will still be available at the #11 spot. WIN have needed a #2 center for a while now. Unfortunately, Little would be better off playing as the 3rd line center. Patrick has a high ceiling and could really develop into a game changer in Winnipeg.

Honestly it's pretty 1 sided phi's first would have to go out even then it's still leaning a bit toward the jets

Zero chance of Kevin Chevldayoff trading Ehlers and Trouba together. Could see Ehlers in Edmonton possibly Montreal depending on what Matt Duchene does. Fletcher already said that Patrick isn't getting moved.

I just can't see how people think Patrick holds more value than Ehlers. Ehlers is a 60-70 point winger and is only 23 years old. Patrick is about to slot into the 3rd line center spot in Philly if they sign Hayes. & imo Trouba has more value than Ghost. Right shot, better defensively, offense is about the same, younger. Idk. Maybe switch the 11th overall for the 2020 1st?

Well... trouba is better than ghost, but ghost is signed for a few more years and trouba is a wildcard

Comparing ehlers and Patrick is tricky but I think patricks value is higher (but that's just me)
