Description

Just looking at making room for Panarin and Duchene and keeping a stable blueline..
Subban and Turris trade values are likely a bit high.
Contract values for Duchene and Panarin are about half a million lower person and length is short but also gives them one more cash in on a contract in their early 30's if they want. worked an angle of what we do with the roster in place we project....

If you think your trade values are high, so be it, your biggest issue is your trading partners. I don't see Ottawa giving up picks or young players and Anaheim can't decide if they are buying or selling, so I don't think they make that big move.

As far as your Brett Pesce trade... you do know he's actually good right? That value is way off.

I do agree with the trade partners... I think any team can be a trade partner for subban.... just the matter of who can. The ducks seemed like a good team just basically because of what you said.
Ottawa trade I agree with you.. but I’m also doing Ottawa a bit of a favour by filling in some cap space for them.. they need it and get a good vet for the youth they have... maybe two 2nd rounders is to much.. but you try for it anyway.
Yes I do know Pesce is good.. Carolina would likely ask for more and I’d consider making the trade with a prospect added...
