I think 2 millions it is too low for Gusev. It should be around 3,5-4,5 millions(optimal for next 3 years).

its why I only have him signed for 1 year, which would make him a UFA next year. We will have a lot more money next year if we choose to extend him

Why did Vegas even sign Gusev last year? Burnt the year and he didn’t even play. Just kinda seems like an odd move. Am I missing something?
