This lineup doesn't solve the PP problem : with the same players I doubt we'll have a different result. They tried everything and everyone last year. Also, LD is weaker with Ouellet : Benn was a reliable LD. I don't think we'll make the playoffs with no addition to the team.

The PP problem : Honestly at the end of last season our PP was getting better and it cant be worse! The backup upgrade is also a big +. 3rd pairing D is not the factor that put you or not in the playoff. A small trade/UFA sign could easily solve that problem. Teams like Boston, Tampa and Toronto wont add a lot of player (cap).
My objective with this lineup is allowed the young player too progress and compete for a playoff position !
