Agreed. Absolutely terrible. EDM trade is horrible. VGK trade has our best prospect leaving for a guy the knights are trying to dump. Sheesh.

Why not is your title. Are you looking for all the reasons why you don't do it?
- terrible asset managment
- you have an overpaid 3rd line centre that should be playing on the 4th line at way less money
- you didn't get the years or money right for AJ and Kappy when ever hockey insider has already said what they are getting
- you overpaid Marner
- you underpaid Ferland and McEhliney

Overall it is just bad. I like getting Barrie, Miller and McEhliney. But you can get Miller for a B prospect and a 2nd or 3rd rounder. You have to give McEhliney more after the year he had, Flyers just gave Elliott $2m and he is not as good
